Please use this system to send us your support queries. You can open tickets in this system without creating an account first. To view/manage your own tickets, you can always upgrade your guest account at a later date.
Please note that eventhough it is not required to register with this support system, it is advisable to do so. Whenever we reply to tickets, our repsonse will be e-mailed to you at the address you provided. It does happen however (especially with hotmail, yahoo and gmail accounts) that our mail simply does not arrive, and that you therefore will not know the updated ticket status. With a registered account you can always view the responses to your ticket.
